Here we are in April 2020 and I am stuck home but I cannot crochet. Well, if you don't know about my hands, I've been dealing with this pain since october 2018. They fall asleep a lot while I'm lying in bed, nothing pinched, no weird positions, the pain seems to be from elbow down. And sometimes it's just my hand or hands. Doing everything bothers them, some days worse then others. I had to stop crocheting and haven't since :( the most simple things can bother them like brushing my hair. I think I've grown more use to the pain, I don't think it's really lessened but when I first started getting it I couldnt hold my grocery list while I was shopping, gripping paper like that killed. Typing, writing, carrying, anything and everything hurts I'm just more toughened too it now and seem to be able to endure more. Although sometimes the pain will be worse the next day depending on what I've done.. I've been tested for arthritis, carpel tunnel, x-rays, MRI, different types of pills... I don't even know if I should exercise my hands or avoid it...I'm so lost as to what to do
Anyway, I really appreciate your support in the past, I'm not ready to give up any of my crochet stuff, still hoping with time things will change.

I know I've been quiet on this page for a long time. It has been a year I've been dealing with both my hands pain. I am being tested for arthritis now, hopefully I can get back to crocheting soon. Thank you for your understanding
