It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but here’s a recent basement project completed just in time for Christmas. This was a complete renovation, including the addition of a new bathroom. The cabinets are custom IKEA. Collaborating with my clients, Sharron and Rick, to bring their vision to life was a rewarding experience. Thank you for your trust and partnership!

Here's a little something I thought of. I wanted to find a way to conceal the solar blanket when not in use. I built a long deck at the end of the pool and installed a reel system to a few deck boards so I could fold into the deck. It's a prototype, but seems to work okay.

Here's a little before and after. After the firefighters finished their demolition of the burning ceiling fan I began the emergency remodel. Reminder to all, clean your bathroom fans occasionally to prevent fires. Five day(plus 1 more Monday) turnaround by My friend Lee Contractor.
