What does an outdoorsy person looks like?

This is me now VS "me" 10 years ago. When I first started hiking, I tought it came with a dress code. Back then, I thought being a “real hiker” meant squeezing myself into sporty leggings, an awkward activewear tee and bringing walking pole for a 5km hike.
Spoiler: I hated every second of it and literally avoided eye contact with any human on the trail.

Fast-forward to today? I hit the trails in a black cotton tee and jeans. Zero moisture-wicking technology, 100% feeling like myself.
Turns out the secret to enjoying the outdoors isn’t gear… It’s not giving a single damn about looking like a sport catalogue.

Roaming Bones was never about performance and isn’t here to glorify athletes. Roaming Bones is about feeling wild, messy and free — exactly as you are. We’re here for anyone who’s ever felt out of place on the trails but shows up anyway, rocking their own style at their own pace. The ones who aren’t chasing their stats — they’re chasing freedom.

'Cause nature doesn’t care what you look like.
And honestly? Neither do we.

Au Québec, on a la chance de vivre entourés de forêts sauvages, de montagnes et de lacs à perte de vue. Et pourtant.. chaque année, accéder à ces territoires devient un peu plus compliqué;
Terrains « privés », routes barrées, sentiers payant.. notre liberté de vagabonder sur notre territoire s’effrite doucement. Ce qui devrait appartenir à tous devient un luxe.

Chez Roaming Bones, on refuse cette mentalité. On croit que la nature n'a pas de propriétaire et appartient à ceux qui la respectent, la protègent et la font vivre. Parce que la forêt n’est pas un privilège; elle est notre héritage commun.

C'est pourquoi on plante un arbre par t-shirt vendu. Pas pour cocher une case écolo, mais pour militer — à notre façon — contre un système qui pense que la forêt vaut seulement ce qu’elle rapporte. 🌱
