Do you face the parts of yourself that you’ve been taught to feel ashamed of? Do you look into your eyes and send love to what you’ve deemed unlovable?

That’s shadow work. And it isn’t about dwelling in the darkness. It’s about facing the bits of yourself you’ve cast aside and transmuting them into light. Shifting your perspective to feel empowered by your unique journey. Using the obstacles, the struggles as opportunities for growth 🦋

It’s about setting yourself free by integrating your wounds, and loving the totality of your being.

My Aries fire made my phone fall but you get the message 🔥

Now more than ever we need to be able to take up space. We need to stop playing small to make others more comfortable. We need to be able to shine our light and show up as leaders.
