I didn't expect to be away from you all for so long so just a quick production video to say I'M BACK!! 💙
Life and business have been exceptionally busy and living through 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th winter here in Montreal really takes it toll.

Lead me down the right path 🙏 🪡 🧵

I'm helping my beastie and all-round incredible person create a sewing maker space in her indigenous center.

The goal is to help people new to sewing learn how to make their own ribbon skirts and anything else they desire!

The sewing machines should be home-oriented sewing machines that can be easily moved. The budget is about $1200.

I was thinking 3 sewing machines and 1 overlock. I work almost exclusively with industrial sewing machines and there seems to be so many brands/models out there. I need help with where to start.

Do you have a favorite brand or gem of a machine you swear by?

I'd really love to know!
