I am the founder of JessyJess l Boutique, I am an expatriate in Montreal, I come from France and my parents are of Congolese origin.
I am passionate about fashion, and today this job allows me to combine my passion.
MY BACKGROUND:
I first worked in the administrative sector of companies and then in the fashion sector.
2017 was a year full of challenges and changes for me. Living in England in Manchester for 2 years, I worked for the famous bag brand Grafea, this incredible experience provoked in me the desire to launch my own business. !!
That's how the idea sprouted in my little head.
At Graefea, I was responsible for managing the influencers section, customer service in all French-speaking countries, social networks and website products, etc.
This job was so enriching, I was finally working in an environment that I liked, and which motivated me even more to discover all the undersides of this profession and to set out on my own."
MANCHESTER TO LYON:
Alongside this brand idea, I wanted to become an image consultant, so I took a Manachat to Quimper ticket (bretatge) where I found a one-week internship in a makeover agency. This experience allowed me to acquire a lot of knowledge and train myself, but the idea of launching my brand became more and more important to me.
In 2017, I took another ticket from Manchester to Lyon (France) to do a day of training to do eyelash lifting and eyelash hanging.
THE CLICK & REALIZATION:
That's it ! I decide to give it a go! I founded “JessyJess l Boutique”
ABOUT ME :
I have been passionate about fashion since I was little. My mother inspired me to do this, I still remember long days shopping alongside her in Paris. She found truly magnificent pieces in small Parisian boutiques, and still does now. It had an impact on my personality.
MEMORIES :
I remember during my college years a family trip to Belgium where I bought wedge shoes. When I returned to school, I started this trend. Many girls went to buy the same style or a similar model.
