Write down exactly what you want:
“Run fast enough to catch my kids without looking like a dying gazelle.”
“Build enough strength to carry all the grocery bags in one trip like the chosen one.”
“Master a skill so well people say, ‘Wait… since when can you do that?’”
Specific goals give your brain a target instead of letting it wander around like a raccoon in a parking lot.

It seems a little quieter around here these days. 🤔 Maybe it's because our Sparx machine went on a vacation? It just needed a little TLC before the start of next season, which hopefully doesn't come too fast!
