Call out to see if anyone would be interested in a Run/Walk Group as part of our Tuesday Night Run Club. This would be an added group to our already 5 groups.
It would be a 3 min run and 1 min walk for about an hour workout. There will be a warm up, cool downs and an organized workout within the hour. The pace would be a 6:30-6:45min km.
Comment below. This would start September 8 and continue on every Tuesday night at 6:00pm!

A few months ago, Christine (Frontrunners staff) took on the Cocodona 250-mile race—a challenge that pushed the body and mind to limits most of us can hardly imagine.

And now, 3 months later, she lines up for the Divide 200 miles race near the Crowsnest, Alberta. This race is over 11,500 meters of elevation. AND THE BEST PART 7th OVERALL AND 2nd WOMAN!

That isn’t just endurance. That’s a mindset.

200 miles. 250 miles. One incredible example of what determination and strength can accomplish.

So proud of you Christine! Now go get some sleep (and not on the trail).
