As mentioned in our previous posts we are converting to online only and This is going to take a lot of time and work as we have to go through every single item and sort through it .
Our store closed down in June meaning we ended up with hundreds of bags and boxes of clothing and items to go through and with such a big move , over 7000 items and over 200 consignors I’m sure you can understand just how much work and time this is going to take to sort through everything and cash out certain accounts all while still having to work full time with my other job to provide and care for my family of 4 , one being only 16 months old . I am a mother of 3 children that I have full time and I working very hard at this as much as I can without any help from an employee etc . It’s going to take a lot of time and patience is a must in this time . if you have requested to close your acocunt or your account is expired , you will be contacted when your items are ready for pickup . If you would like to renew your account you can request to do so but only certain accounts are being renewed at this time due to limited space. If you would like a balance request you can do so at any time by messaging us but please understand we have hundreds of messages from clients aswell as inquiries to get through and so it’s going to take time .There is hundreds of consignors and hundreds of bags and boxes of items still to go through and This is going to take a lot of time and work because i have to go through every single item individually and sort through it . Bullying , harassment ,accusations etc will not be tolerated and result in accounts closing . Sorry no new accounts will be accepted at this time due to an overwhelming response. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
