Loving myself as I’ve gotten older has NOT been easy. My metabolism has slowed, and since having my son my body has definitely not bounced back to what it used to be. I have what I call my ‘mom pouch’ and it’s honestly been a bitch to try & get rid of. I am so grateful I have activewear that makes me look good so that I can feel good. I don’t have a 6-pack and I’m not super toned but these pieces pick up the slack and make me feel comfortable while looking great. Still going strong with 75 Hard 💪🏻
2 weeks down 8 to go!

The Copper Charged tanks are probably my most favourite tanks right now. I need them in all the colours because they’re so soft and fit so perfectly! Paired with the best staple item - Black Pocket Light n Tight Hi-rise. Both these items are available in all sizes too!!

Survived my first hot yoga class tonight! I was very nervous about going because it’s something I had never done before & I thought it might be too difficult.
But I just kept repeating my mantra - I can do hard things! And then I did the hard thing! And guess what??? You can too!! 🧘‍♀️🪷

Decided to start the 75 Hard today. Will I be able to complete it? I honestly don’t know. I really love chocolate & wine so those are going to be difficult to give up. And 2 workouts a day is going to be tough to fit into my schedule! But I’m going to try & see how many days I can go. Posting here so I can keep myself accountable! Anyone want to join me??
