I finally tried my hand at a custom upcycled project! I’ve been seeing thrift flips and upcycles using scraps & repurposing second hand garments for a while now, and I tried to recreate something in the same style using materials and patches I had left over from other projects. I ended up really loving the result. Would you wear an upcycled sweater??

PRICE LIST!!!

1. Pant/shirt/sleeve hemming- $15 per item

2. Taking in or letting out an item- $20

3. Zipper replacement- $25 (new zipper included)

4. Zipper repair- $15 (if new zipper is not required)

5. Repair or patch a small hole- $15

6. Rush request (> 24 hours)- $5 extra per item

A custom memory quilt made from different nostalgic clothing items, tacked onto a favorite blanket 💕

This is the most recent custom item I have worked on & was quite the learning experience!

Since I will be away for school this summer, I can only accept alterations and repairs that do not have a quick turnaround time and will cease custom work until the fall. Send me a DM for more information. 🌟

ALTERATIONS! (More information below)

I rarely post the alterations I do on my main grid, but they are becoming the service I offer the most along with repairs. Here are some of the things I can help you achieve:

-Shorten or lengthen curtains (first two pictures)
-Change the shape of a shirt's hemline (triangular to straight in the third slide)
-Shorten straps (fourth slide)
-Shorten a shirt or pants (fifth and sixth slide)
-Take in a garment (last slide)
-Hole repair
-Zipper repair or replacement
-Sew on a patch or decal
-Waist adjustment

The list goes on! There are more examples of my alterations in the highlight section on my page if you would like to browse what else is possible. I will be posting a price list for these services shortly as I am going away to school in June and will be only accepting repairs and alterations until the summer of 2026.

I added a panel to the middle back of this wedding dress and some lace to the cups to alter the fit & style of this dress (and threw in a matching scrunchie). If you find yourself in a last minute emergency like this bride did, and you need a garment revised quickly, send me a message!
