Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful mom, Nancy 💕🌹
My mom is the bubbliest, cheeriest, most delightfully cheesy lover of all things romantic. Heart-shaped boxes of chocolates, roses, romcoms, pink and red everything… she lives in a world of love and joy and makes me feel wrapped up in it too.
I dedicated my NancyAnna socks to her because they feel just like her — romantic, sweet, lacy, and full of charm.
She’s also always felt a little bit like Christmas itself to me. Her favourite drink is hot chocolate, her favourite music is Christmas carols, and her favourite season is the holidays. Every year she literally works in a winter workshop making wreaths, and ends up smelling like fresh pine and winter magic. It’s one of the loveliest smells and feelings in the world to me.
I also love how deeply in love she is with my dad. It’s beautiful to witness and such a gift to grow up around that kind of love.
But one of my favourite things about my mom is how funny she is. She is constantly making me laugh, smile, and feel lighter. Life feels warmer around her.
Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who made life feel magical, cozy, and joyful all at once. I love you endlessly ❤️🎄💝
