Getting the right fit for your mask is the easiest way to not notice that you're wearing it all day once you have it on and noticed that it's loose up by your nose and on your cheeks hold the bottom elastic and tie it tight. the top elastic should now be tight against your head and the bottom one should still be stretchy and loose that you can loosen it and take it off but at the same time it now it fits tightly over your nose and stays on your face this will also help prevent your glasses from fogging up
