GTF Outside GTF Outside was rebranded by Curtis and Melissa Swain in January of 2020 in Okotoks, AB. GTF Outside is promoting Get The F Outside to live in the open air.

F for Family, Fun, or whatever you want it to be (just get outdoors). We promote mental health awareness!! The benefits of getting outdoors help in decreasing depression, stimulates our mood, and can reduce anxiety. We can find joy in being outside. We are challenging people to spend more time outside rather than inside. Our government should be pushing people to get outside. Staying indoors only

makes things worse. We can only benefit by being in nature. We are also Grizzly Guardians, and cleaning up our world by funding our Clean Up Crews! Thank you!

Remember, you don’t have to carry everything silently.
Let’s keep working to end the silence around mental health — not just this month, but every day.

Sometimes healing looks like a quiet sunset, fresh air, a walk with your dog, or just taking a moment away from the noise.

Get outside. Talk about it. Keep going. 🌅
