👋 Hello! It’s been a hot minute since we've introduced ourselves on this app, so here we goooo...
Hey there!! I’m Jessica, but my friends call me Jett. We currently live in Oro Medonte, right smack dab between Barrie + Orillia, but this summer we were all over the map as we travelled in our fifth wheel for 5 months and plan to hit the road again come spring. Together with my husband Brian and our cutie boys, Henry + Gus. We also have two pups who also joined us on the road, so yes the RV got real tight on those rainy days. We also have a daughter in heaven and another little babe on the way ( 🎄)
💭I started this page + business almost a year ago as a way to finally follow our dreams. As we all know the pandemic hit and it put a few road bumps in the way. My husband lost his job with no set return date 👨🏻✈️✈️ and to make the most of it - I figured there was no better time than the present to go forth and create something we had been putting on the back burner because of lack of time, we had no more excuses as we were given lots of time to pour into a new business. 🤣 ( just kidding life is so busy with kids, but we jumped in anyway)
🏔 We have always had a passion for exploring with our kids, challenging our family to spend and have a love for adventure. Since having kids, I have always been selective with the items we bring into our home not only for my own mental sanity but also because I wanted to support imaginative childhood development and have a space that wasn't abundantly overwhelming for all of us.
🌲I ( Jett) love spending time with my family, cooking a delicious meal or baking some treats. I am going against all my instincts to try and learn the art of slowing down and getting back to basics. Our dream would be to have a little homestead on some acres with all the animals. I love to read vs watching tv and have been really trying to make that a priority this season.
