One of my favourite races in Canada! Have you ever done the Canada Army Run in Ottawa? I did it one year as an ultra having already having run 30k before I hit the start line and hitting 80k before I stopped! I have also acted as an Ambassador!

As a former RCAF Captain will always promote this run!
