My friend asked me what inspired me to start Evolving Prowess. đź’ś

The honest answer? If it didn’t exist yet — it wasn’t just going to exist tomorrow. Nobody had taken that leap. So I decided: why not me? I’ve lived it. I have the drive and the passion to back it.

But more than anything — I built this for the women who felt what I felt. Small. Embarrassed. Unseen when their body changed.

I never want another woman to feel that way.
