I made all 3 views, and have received multiple compliments on each one. I will hopefully have time soon to make myself some matching ones. Im loving all the woven pants patterns coming out for kids.

Shorts view & tapered leg fabrics are from & wide leg view I honestly don’t remember, but it’s a cotton canvas.

Finally finished up this lovely playback skort from ✨

This gifted cotton canvas I got from feels just like my old worn in Carhartts. I purchased more to make a jacket with, and I might even need more to make pants 😆

Me made may made me realize I wear a lot of what I wear, but I just don’t have the time to post everything. I truly enjoy sharing my day to day in stories but it’s the posing and getting the outfit together to make a post that just takes so much time. It’s also been so windy my camera cannot withstand being on the tripod 😂

I love that fruit has come back in style. I’ve seen lots of strawberry/tomato themes in textiles this year. So naturally I had to make some lopsided tomato patch pants for Otto 🍅

I took parts of 3 patterns I really enjoy and mashed them together for this oversized pants.

My tripod wouldn’t even stay up so this is all I got. It seems like gusts of 50-60 km/hr out there.

I’m still in my “none of my old jeans fit” era and don’t want to spend the time making myself a pair that will only fit a few months. So I decided to whip up a pair of for that comfy in between postpartum sizing. I love the elastic waist so I can adjust the size as needed in the future.

day 2 and I just realized the strawberries are in fact upside down 😂 not the first time and won’t be the last.

I’m all about comfort. I really would like to sew more difficult things. With two kids and full time work it’s hard to find time to sit down and do it. I’m all about quick easy sews for maximum comfort.

Happy everyone!

I can’t believe I’ve never shared this make before. I think I popped right after making it and it never really fit me again 😂 I love the shape of this dress sooo much. It also pairs well with the 6-8 inches of hair I cut off today 😅

My sweet boy Otto, wearing mom-made clothing from day 1, laying on a quilt my grandma made.

Something about babies in oversized sweaters just gets me everytime.

2026 is going to be an amazing year. I have the entire year off to be a mom, partner, and take some time to slow down. No call weeks, no working in the worst weather; A different kind of work. Time to cook, bake, garden, and be creative. I can’t wait to share this year. For now, I must rest as my body is telling me I cannot stand longer then 10-15 min at a time.

My list of accomplishments this holiday season has been dwindling as time goes on. This pregnancy has been 100 times harder than the last, and I cut my expectations down drastically over the last week.

Some homemade vanilla extract, a cross stitch ball, and upcycled braemar mittens made a perfect teacher gift.
