🦒🎶 Giraffes are getting ready for music class!

We’re working hard behind the scenes to bring a whole herd of our cute wooden giraffes to Laura’s Music Studio for the fall session! ❤️

Mama giraffe is keeping watch over a whole circle of future giraffes for the little musicians taking lessons. 🎵

A little sanding (well… maybe a lot of sanding 😉), a little painting and oiling, lots of love… and soon they’ll be ready to go home! 🦒

We can’t wait to see these little giraffes meet their new musical friends!
A heartfelt thank you to Miss Laura and all the wonderful parents for supporting local and helping our toys find their way into little hands!

A BIG thank you to everyone who came out for Douglas’ very first Taste of the Valley! Mother Nature was kind to us, and our customers were in the best of spirits!

And an extra-special thank you to everyone who bought one of our wooden toys and brought it home with you. 🧸🦖🐷 Knowing our little creations are finding new homes and becoming part of your families makes all the hard work worthwhile!

We may be a little low—or even out—of a few toys now, but no worries… we’ll be working extra hard to restock and get ready for our next adventure: Taste of the Valley – Petawawa edition on Saturday, September 19! 🎉

Our little ducks felt right at home when Mother Nature opened the taps for an hour or two! 🦆☔ But just like our feathered friend, you didn’t let a little rain ruffle your feathers. And when Mother Nature came back with her sunny smile, so did you! 🌤️

Thank you to all the new customers who discovered Rose & Baobab, and to our loyal returning customers who tell us how much their little ones love and play with their toys. Those stories mean so much to us! 🥰

This little piggy went to the market... and not just any market!

This little piggy is heading to Taste of the Valley-Barry’s Bay edition-on August 8 to discover Renfrew County's favourite celebration of local food, farms, and artisans.

Stop by and say hello—we'll have our handcrafted wooden toys, including this adorable easy-grasp piggy, ready to bring home. It's the perfect excuse for a day trip -and maybe bring back a few tasty treats and special gifts along the way!
