The Bumwrap is hiring a Sales Associate…but this is not a passive retail job.
This is a fast-paced, highly social, styling + sales role with a clear path into leadership.
THIS ROLE WILL FEEL RIGHT IF YOU:

*Are confident approaching and creating engagement with strangers all day;
*Have a strong presence — people feel you when you walk into a space;
*Love styling, outfits, and helping people feel confident;
*Take initiative and stay productive without being managed or directed;
*Create energy, and can match pace, and expectations consistently
REALITY CHECK:
You will be:
*Approaching and creating conversations with strangers all day;
*Leading interactions — not waiting for customers to come to you;
*Assisting in fitting rooms and giving direct styling feedback;
*“On” for your entire shift — engaged, present, and contributing;
This role requires social confidence, energy, and follow-through.

If that feels like pressure → this will not be the right fit
GROWTH PATH:
Sales Associate → Keyholder → Shift Leader → Supervisor
