The shot I’ve been chasing since March.

Fun fact about the content we post, most of it is taken by me, Jake. I have a stick that goes in the ground which my phone attaches to. Since March, whenever I am out I set up my camera, set my timer to 10 then count down. Well, after many attempts, we finally got it.

Dermatologist appointment tomorrow!

Honestly, the couple weeks leading up to these appointments I become very low energy and on edge. I get nervous because you never know going into these appointments. Will they find something? That is a constant thought in my mind.

On the flip side, after a clear check up, I always feel like a million bucks. I have a tradition that after a clear checkup, I always stop at a bakery and eat like 5 different baked goods as a “reward”.

I have been taking the right precautions and am always very careful. 0 sun burns this year so I think she’ll be happy to hear about that!

I turned three ducks into a UV experiment.

One's wearing sunscreen. One's wearing nothing. One's wearing our UPF 50+ fabric. Watch what UV exposure actually does.

In 2018 I was diagnosed with melanoma. That's the exact reason Enjoy the Vu exists, long sleeve golf polos that block UV instead of just slowing it down.

70 rounds of golf this year. Zero sunburns. My swing, unfortunately, is a separate issue 🦆☀️
