The process begins with a phone call or email inquiry, followed by a personal consultation appointment. This dedicated time allows us to learn about your fur collection, hear the stories behind the pieces, and explore the possibilities for transformation. This is where the creativity begins as we work together to envision the perfect direction for your upcycled fur project.

For clients who are unable to visit in person, consultations can also be conducted by video call. This gives us the opportunity to view your furs remotely and share examples from our FURTHER® Collection to inspire your redesign.

In 1989 I bought the Barbour jacket on the left. I’ve had it ever since but it had gotten pretty ratty looking, so decided to treat myself to a new coat - the one on the right. Had my sister bring it over from England. Really pleased with it, so I went to throw out the old coat…I just couldn’t! Went online and found you can get your coat restored in England. Was about to send it over when I found Cahill’s in Peterborough Ontario, sent it to them and for a nominal price they have fully restored my 34-year-old coat!!! Amazing product and Cahill’s is an amazing company! Thank you!"

First available in 1983, the Beaufort jacket, designed by Chairman Dame Margaret Barbour, is one of Barbour's most iconic waxed jackets, featuring the useful full-width, lined, rear pocket.

The relaxed-fit jacket features a chunky two-way Barbour ring-pull zip and studded 'Stormfly' close front, two generous bellows pockets and two waist-height moleskin hand warmer pockets for everyday practicality.

Inspired by French shooting jackets, the Beaufort is a shorter length than traditional jackets, and carries a large rear pocket lined with wipe-clean Nylon.
