All custom local orders require a 50% deposit unless stated otherwise. You have 30 days from receiving your order for return or exchange on defective product. No exceptions. All items are hand made. Nothing will be exactly as pictured. Custom orders have a 4-6 week turn-around. And that’s when our postal system isn’t being awful �
