⚙️Vision Board Workshop Night ⚙️

I’m excited to announce that talented local artist Lacey Lorensen and I will be hosting an in-person Vision Board Workshop together!

Join us for an evening of creativity, goal setting, and some inspiration as we take time to focus on the future we want to create.

During the evening, I’ll be sharing my personal experiences with vision boards and how they have played a role in both my personal and professional journey. From becoming a self-published author to standing on stages in front of thousands of people, I’ll discuss how visualization, goal setting, and intentional action have helped me pursue opportunities I once only dreamed about.

Lacey will use her years of artistic experience and creativity to help participants design vision boards that are not only meaningful, but visually engaging—something that catches your eye each day and serves as a powerful reminder of your goals and dreams.

Whether you’re looking to set personal goals, grow your business, improve your health, strengthen relationships, advance your career, or simply spend an evening investing in yourself, this workshop is for you.

Your registration includes all materials and resources needed to create your vision board.

🎨 Personal Touches Welcome

Participants are encouraged to bring along any personal photos, magazine clippings, inspirational quotes, artwork, or other meaningful items they would like to include on their vision board. While supplies will be provided, adding personal touches can make your vision board even more meaningful and unique to you.

👥 Ages 13+

This workshop is open to individuals ages 13 and older. Whether you’re a student, entrepreneur, professional, parent, retiree, or simply someone looking to create a clearer vision for your future, we would love to have you join us.

Space is Limited

Took some time today to do a little spring cleaning and restocking at the Lake Country Co-op Food Store in Birch Hills!

My mother recently handed me some documents she found at her house from years ago.

Among them were a couple of old receipts that brought back a lot of memories.

Long before Limitless Gear Clothing had an official bank account, a storefront, or thousands of supporters, there was simply a deep desire to make a difference. I wanted to build something that would inspire people to reach for a better version of themselves.

Back then, I was still battling addictions, depression, and a lot of personal struggles.

Fast forward eight years, and thankfully those addictions no longer have a place in my life. Like everyone, I still have moments when life feels heavy and I’m not always operating at my best. But one thing has never changed: my desire to help others and give back whenever I can.

This brand helped save my life because it gave me an opportunity to create a new version of myself. It gave me purpose. It gave me something positive to pour my energy into. Most importantly, it gave me hope that I could become more than where I once was.

None of this journey would have been possible without the support of our local community. From the very beginning, people believed in this brand, and that is something I will never forget.

As long as Limitless Gear exists, we will continue finding ways to give back whenever we can.

I also want to mention something. Every week, we receive messages, emails, and requests asking for donations, sponsorships, or support. Sometimes there can be 10, 15, or even 20 requests in a week.

If you’ve ever reached out and didn’t receive a response, please know that no offence is ever intended. Behind the scenes, about 98% of those conversations are handled by one person—a father of three young children who loves being out in the community, working, connecting with people, and spending as much time with his family as possible.

Sometimes there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to respond to every request or carry every conversation forward. As a small business, it also doesn’t make sense for us to hire someone solely to manage those messages.

This morning, finding these old papers reminded me just how far this journey has come and why it all started in the first place.

Made a few adjustments to our display here at the Lake Country Co-op Food Store in Prince Albert! ⚙️

We also did a little restock of hats, some of our maroon Life is Limitless hoodies, and brand new Life is Limitless T-shirts available in every adult size!

We added a brand new touch to the sweatpants section as well — new size labels beside the hats to help make it easier to find the size you’re looking for without needing to fully open the display pairs. Just a small way to help save you time and effort while shopping.

I’m excited to share that Dwight Bergstrom, the man behind the Scissor Lift Challenge in Prince Albert for the past several years, has asked me to take it over this year!

That means if we can raise $10,000 for KidSport Prince Albert during the month of May, I’ll be spending the night on a scissor lift right here in Prince Albert! 😄

KidSport helps provide local youth with the opportunity to participate in sports by helping cover registration costs for families who need a hand. Every donation makes a difference and helps ensure more kids can get in the game.

In Grade 1, I had an art class project where we were asked to create our own clothing brand using things that were personal to us.

That was over 20 years ago.

Today, I had the opportunity to write a $1,000 cheque to my old elementary school, John Diefenbaker, for their emergency lunch program — a program that helps provide lunches for students whenever a young person may need one for the day.

This brand started in January 2017 out of the trunk of my car. Since then, we’ve received nothing but incredible love and support from the community. Along the way, we’ve built amazing friendships, meaningful connections, and always aimed to make a positive impact in this world.

Today truly felt like a full-circle moment.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey over the years, and thank you to J.D. for being the place where the original idea was first created. ❤️⚙️
