TO ALL THE CONSIGNOR

1. Responsibility for Authenticity: You must ensure that any items you provide to Camiel Luxe Inc. are genuine and not counterfeit.

2. Verification Process: If Camiel Luxe Inc. cannot confirm that an item is authentic, we have the right to refuse to accept that item.

3. Counterfeit Determination: If Camiel Luxe Inc. decides that an item is counterfeit, we will notify you and provide evidence to support this decision.

4.Retrieving Counterfeit Items : If you want the counterfeit item returned to you, there is a fee of $400. This fee covers the costs associated with checking the item's authenticity, processing it, and shipping it back to you. If you choose not to pay this fee, the item will be kept by the company and destroyed.

5. Legal Compliance: Camiel Luxe Inc. is required to follow laws concerning items that are claimed to be COUNTERFEIT, STOLEN or ILLEGAL. They take such claims seriously and cooperate with law enforcement during inquiries.

In summary, you are responsible for the authenticity of your items, and if there are issues, there are specific procedures and costs involved. The company is also committed to following legal regulations regarding these matters.

Online Seller Etiquette

1. NEVER ASK sinong "supplier" mo, kung saan siya kumukuha o kanino. Pinaghirapan nya yun kaya paghirapan mo din. 😁

2. Wag itanong kung magkano ang tubo ni seller sa item na binebenta nya o kung magkano nya nakukuha ang item. Respeto lang din, sahod nga diba pilit sinesekreto ng iba? ganun din sa online na pagbebenta.

3. Kung mataas ang presyo ng ibang seller hayaan mo sila, huwag ka magkumpara at magbida porke't mababa yung presyo mo. Malay mo supplier - reseller - reseller na yun kaya ganun ang patong (HINDI OVERPRICED), tulad mo baka gusto lang din naman nila kumita pasalamat ka kung direct ka.

4. Kung friend mo ay online seller din at may pareho kayong paninda kung may magcomment sa kanya ng "HM" huwag mong i-PM ng palihim that's panunulot my dear. Apply the GOLDEN RULE, wag mong gawin sa kapwa mo ang ayaw mong gawin din sayo.

5. Wag kang manira ng paninda ng iba. Yung mga comment na "ay di yun epektib, ay fake, ay di yun maganda" kahit na okay naman yung tinda nila. Hindi ka aangat sa ganyang paraan may karma yan, Hindi sagot ang paninira sa kapwa online seller para makabenta ka.

6. Mag add ng prospect buyer is okay, pero i-add yung buyer ng friend mo is not okay hayaan mong ikaw ang i-add kung talagang maganda ang product mo, Swerte mo na din kung irefer nung friend mo yung buyer sayo.

7. Minsan BUYER din tayo kaya umorder ng naaayon sa ANDA, di yung kapag may sale mine ka ng mine sabay kapag invoice na nawawala ka. Ikaw mismo ayaw mo ng JOY RESERVER dahil online seller ka kaya wag ka din maging JOY RESERVER SA IBA! 😤

9. Never tell your secret recipe, sa paningin ng iba nagdadamot ka (minsan kaibigan mo pa) pero dun ka kumikita. Kapag sinabi mo sinong supplier mo para ka na din gumawa ng kakumpetensya. Okay lang maging mabait at magbigay ng tips pero isipin mo din ang future mo bago ang future ng iba. 💓

PS: Respetuhin naten ang bawat isa ng sa ganun maraming blessings ang darating saten. Huwag tayong makipag kompetensya sa kapwa naten seller/supplier. May kanya kanya tayong buyer. Huwag din tayong bitter kung hindi saten bibili.
