When we create embroidered name tags like these, it’s not a simple digital print process.

Every single name has to be professionally prepared for embroidery production.

That means our team carefully adjusts:

✔️ Density and underlay
✔️ Thread pull compensation
✔️ Text sizing for readability
✔️ Machine sequencing
✔️ Layout efficiency for multi-piece production runs

Unlike printing, embroidery uses thread, tension, needles, fabric movement, and machine paths, all of which affect the final result.

A file that looks perfect on a screen can stitch poorly if it hasn’t been properly digitized and optimized.
