Our mission is to bring your unique ideas to life by collaborating closely with you on custom creations. Please note: All of our products are made to order. We operate a NO-RETURN policy unless the item is faulty or damaged. Once an order is placed, there is a brief window for cancellation. If the production process (for the garment and/or design) has not yet begun, we will cancel the order upon r

equest. However, if production has already started, cancellation will not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and support of our made-to-order model. We would like to encourage you to visit our shop to try on samples for sizing, and we also provide sizing guides upon request. And apparently Mother Nature decided May Long needed a little snowstorm mixed in with it 😂❄️ Ah yes… Alberta things.

BUT — we came back from the long weekend to an order from Ontario for one of our custom event apparel creations and we are SO pumped! 🇨🇦💥 Nothing gets us more excited than bringing your ideas to life on apparel.

Have you ever wondered what the ordering process is like with us? Here’s a little behind-the-scenes peek at how it can go 👇

A customer messages us with an idea—for this example, a gender reveal sign 🎀🎉
We chat a bit about their vision, then they send over the text they’d like included.

From there, we create a mock-up design and send it over for review. At this stage, any changes can be made—fonts, layout, colours, wording—you name it!

In this case, we adjusted the colour of one of the vinyl elements, updated the mock-up, and sent it back for approval.

Once everything looks perfect and the customer approves, we move forward with creating the final product. We then send a finished photo and arrange a convenient pickup time.

Simple, collaborative, and customized every step of the way 🤍.

We had to see what everyone thought… so we put up a poll asking which decal Sailor would pick for her baseball helmet 👀

And you guys called it — she went with the top one! 💕 The cool bubblegum pink in one of my newest fave fonts 😍

We hand cut all of our permanent vinyl decals right here in the shop, and they are PERFECT for sports gear. Names on helmets are not only super cute, but they actually help coaches out big time with remembering all the kids too 🙌
