Setting up your home practice space is 🔑 when doing livestream classes.

You don’t need a yoga mat - but it’s nice insulation from a cold floor. Sarah thinks bolsters are essential and you’ll find many of our classes use a bolster.

A foam block is the oldschool classic yoga prop. Ours come with stylish covers that can even match your bolster.

Cotton straps with adjustable buckle are nice for all kinds of strappy variations of postures. And our home practice almost always includes a ball or four.

All these props and more are available at the store. Happy practicing and hope to see you all in person soon!
