We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team on site in Richmond Hill. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Handle import-related documentation and processes
Receive and process orders accurately
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers
Perform till duties when needed
Provide occasional support on the shop floor
Requirements
Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)
Experience with importing and supplier communication
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to assist with retail tasks when required
Schedule
Part-time, on-site in Richmond Hill
Flexible hours, to be discussed
