Blair Thompson-Roulette: Building a Better Future

Blair Thompson-Roulette, a member of Sandy Bay First Nation and a proud father of two, has completed the Home Inspection Program at Assiniboine Community College, an incredible accomplishment that reflects his dedication and drive.

AMC proudly recognizes Blair as one of the first in his community to earn a Home Inspection Certificate. Despite starting the program two months behind, he finished in the top 10 of his class, earning marks in the high 90s, including an impressive 98%.

Blair’s journey is one of determination, excellence, and vision. His goal is to support First Nations communities far and wide in building and purchasing safe, high-quality homes, through an Indigenous-owned and operated home inspection agency.

Blair, your hard work and ambition are paving the way for others. Congratulations on this incredible achievement, we can’t wait to see what’s next!
