Facts about me:

1. Christopher Plummer is my celebrity pass and now I can only hope to see him in heaven❤

2. I have three littles 5 and under; working out every day and red wine keeps our house a better place 😉

3. I like to think I'm funny but it always seems to be unintentional. 🤪

4. I believe wholeheartedly in the power that is sisterhood and lifting up other woman. I'm so grateful for the women around me who carry me on their shoulders from time to time. 💪

5. I dont own a scale and I believe in wearing whatever I feel good in. If its too tight I buy bigger pants, life is too short not to eat chocolate and drink wine. 🍷

6. I believe that all conflict can be solved with laughter... and wine... maybe it's more about the wine. 🍷

You know you are having emotions when you cry during the cool down.
This time of year has my emotions on over drive. My heart aches for the people I miss, my soul craves couch dates and blankets with my people and it would be real easy for me to just crawl in our nook and say see you in May. But I won't, I won't miss a single second of what this life has to offer. What connections would I miss if I went into hibernation.
I go to a workout class twice a week called "power" (great name). The instructor is my old art teacher, shes in her sixties and can do more push ups than I'll probably ever do. She's such an inspiring woman and honestly, she's the reason I keep showing up.
Who is your reason for showing up? Have you thanked them lately? This is the perfect time to do so. ♡
