Here are a few helpful tips to make the live sale fun and easy!
1) Join the Essential Edge Clothing Facebook group you will need to be a member to participate in the live sale! Link:
2) To buy an item you must type the # of the item we announce for that item and
then sold for example:
#120 - SOLD (first person who comments is the first in line to buy!)
3) Please do not comment SOLD unless you are serious about purchasing the item.
4) If you do have any questions about the items being featured in the live sale ask away don't be shy, comment your questions and we will try our best to respond its best to ask the questions while we are still wearing the items that way we can describe (fabric, feel and fit)
5) Once the live Sale Ends, we will then begin sending out Invoices. Payment is due within 24 hours of the time you receive your invoice: if you receive your invoice on Friday at 11:00am payment for your invoice is due by Saturday at 11:00am. If payment is not made you will loose those items they will go to the next person who would like them and you loose your entries into the giveaway.
6) SHIPPING? BUNDLE SHIPPING OPTION: Purchase up to 6 items throughout the month, once your package reaches 6 items we will then ship out your items to you for the low rate of $15.00. PICKUP - If you are local to the (Salmon Arm) Area our pickup location is at Blush & Blossom Boutique Spa.
7) Giveaways: Each live sale may feature different giveaways once everyone has paid within 24 hours the winners will be announced through social media!
8) Consignment credits cannot be applied to Live Sale Invoices.
9) No returns or refunds. We only offer exchanges on bottoms to local clients as we understand sometimes bottom sizing can be different - Buyer must let us know within 24 hours after receiving item and return in excellent condition to receive your exchange credit.
10) SALE ITEMS: IF we mention an item is a SALE item it is not available for exchanges.
