Hi- I'm Lu, a mother of 3 and a wife to a handsome Cuban man. ;) Handmade For You Love Lu was initially created to fund my first missions trip to Cuba. As I realized how much I loved crocheting the scarves and they seemed to be growing in popularity, I decided to continue with the project. Since then, proceeds from sales

have gone to several humanitarian projects in Cuba led by Heart For Cuba. www.facebook.com/heartforcuba Some of the projects we have contributed to include: sending cymbals down to a small home church, Christmas presents for children in need, baby supplies for a new mother, a rebuild of part of a home destroyed in hurricane Sandy and a completely new build of a brick home on a small farm for a very special family. We continue each year to work on a new set of projects to help better life for those in need in Cuba.
