According to BDC, if every Canadian household redirected just $25 a week toward Canadian products, it could generate a 0.7% GDP boost and create 60,000 jobs.

PPPC is pleased to introduce the Women's Empowerment Event (WEE) Emerging Women Leaders Bursary, proudly championed by Redwood Classics Apparel as the initiative’s first bursary sponsor.

A limited number of bursaries are available to women aged 35 or under who work for or own a PPPC member company. Each bursary covers WEE 2026 registration, including the conference, meals during the conference, and the one-night hotel stay included with registration. Travel and other expenses outside the WEE program registration fee are not included.

This week’s features one of the few textile processing plants in Ontario: Canadian Textile Services (CTS) Fabric Dyers & Finishers.

In this video, you’ll see loop back French Terry fabric making its way through the napping machine, where the backing is brushed to create the soft fleece interior many of us know and love.

We are grateful to see so many across our industry sharing their memories of Rob and reflecting on the impact he had on our community.
