I’ve been feeling more confident and all around more comfortable in my own body lately. The photo on the left was just a couple of months ago. The photo on the right was just a couple days ago. It’s incredible what you can do in just a short time. I only started my weight loss journey one month ago. I have been flowing a very low carb diet, lots of water & of course my ketones. I can’t wait to see what the next month brings.

Happy Monday!

I have recently found Norwex all over my home. Why? Their products and Mission are inspired by Norway’s beautiful, simpler and environmentally thoughtful way of living. I'm not a fan of chemicals or harming the environment. I can clean almost anything in my home with water and Norwex microfibre. If I can't get it with Norwex cloths, they have some great alternatives for harsh chemicals. I'm on the path of creating a cleaner, safer, & healthier life for me and my family. That includes kicking the chemicals to the curb, and stocking my home with Norwex. DM for more info.

Chicken Fajita Bowl For The Win!
I dry rubbed the chicken thighs with my epicure fajita seasoning. I also tossed my mixed bell peppers & onions in the same seasoning. I grilled both the chicken thighs and bell pepper mix on the BBQ. I quickly whipped up fresh guacamole and salsa with my epicure spices.
