New plan for Squamish Terry Fox Run run tomorrow am, Haven Haven Johnson will be taking the lead, as poor Randy is stuck in bed. Meet Haven at the Capra tent for 930am for a 10am run start; 4km & 8km options available. Register ahead of time online, or on-site in the morning.

Run club plans this weekend:

8am Saturday from the shop, 3 pace groups

Speedy with Jason
Speedy Social with Simon
Social with Solana

All 3 groups will head out Coho-Covenant to start, so this is a great opportunity to test out a faster pace if you’ve been curious, as you can always drop back along Covenant & join a different group.

All groups will be avoiding the main Alice Lake area for the Be Fearless event, and will be out for approx 2 hours.

9:30am Sunday - Terry Fox Run - campground next to Brennan Park

4km or 8km options - runs kick off at 10am, meet Randy at the Capra tent for 930am. Great opportunity to run a sustained 4km on flat, at a Trails 101 pace with Randy, or test yourself & push the pace. Join our Capra team or donate at run.terryfox.ca/team/caprarunning

Our run club is special because of the people in it, and Yunfei is a perfect example of what makes our community inclusive, welcoming, and a place to belong. 💛

From the very first time she ran with us, Yunfei has been a shining star — bringing her energy, positivity, and big smile to every run. She’s been an all-star product model, a familiar face in the community, and now she’s helping lead our run groups, too!

Make sure you bring a headlamp, warm layer & a snack! More social outing than a run, so it’s a great one to come to if you’ve been contemplating.

This weekend for Labour Day we have 1 group run, happening Saturday led by Katie.

Meet at the end of Tantalus Road for 8am, and Katie will take the group on a Wonderland/North Ridge Debecks loop at a Social pace. Expect about 2 hours.

We’re open regular 10am - 6pm on Labour Day Monday if you’re traveling through and want to pop in!
