“I met my partner Dustin through mutual friends in his home town where I went to university. After a morning hot air balloon ride over our home city of Winnipeg Manitoba we spent the day at Grand Beach where we had our first date. We brought along our son as Dustin believed it was important to include him in the proposal. Dustin buried a treasure box on the beach with photos and letters explaining all the reasons he loves me. Dustin had our son “find” it and help me dig it up. When I finished reading it all and turned around he was on one knee! We got married at Cielo’s Garden outside Steinbach Manitoba. Our favourite part of the wedding was spending it with all the people we love. We started our adventure as a married couple spending time together as a family.”
