😬😬😬I know no one wants to think about it but…… we are just weeks away from starting to design our Holiday Dresses!!

To insure we have plenty of time to be flexible with design appts and fabric orders we are starting a touch earlier this year.

🗓️Mark your calendars…. Our Holiday Fashion show is set for December 6th at Royal Cape Breton Room (Port of Sydney).

Designing your dream dress is pretty fun on your own… but doing it with your bestie? I think that might make it even better!

Also for Bestie Week, you can book 2 Dress Design spots together and save 20%!

That means instead of $700 for two spots, you’ll pay $560 — a savings of $140!

The girls will each get to choose from our available dress designs, fabrics, colours and all those little details that help bring their ideas to life... and then I get to take it from there. ✨

Looking back to July wishing we could hit rewind… there’s a coolness in the air this week and although I love the fall I’m enjoying these beach session so much!!!

I met this family a couple Christmas’s ago and was excited to get to shoot with them again .. and maybe because I didn’t have a sister I always think that relationship is so sweet!

What to expect at a session and …..what NOT to expect. 🌊

If we’ve met before, you may have realized I’m probably the most Type B person ever. And with a photo session I show up with very few expectations of exactly what’s going to happen.

Because we all know the minute you ask a child to sit still and smile… they want to do anything BUT that. 😂

My goal is to get a few posed photos for Mom’s wall, and then the rest of the shoot is mostly me chasing kids around while they run, play, eat sand and jump in the water in their new outfits.
(The more wild they are the more I love it)

If that’s your speed, I’m your girl.

I want your gallery to be filled with memories of what your kids are actually like at this age the personalities, the chaos, the laughs and all the little moments you’ll want to remember.

This was my second time capturing these cousins, and I love that this session became a little summer memory for them .. the older boys home for a short time, everyone together. 💛

Hopefully September has a a lot more beautiful evenings left for us!

My September calendar is now open for photo sessions! These are full sessions and are available for:�• Family�• Just the littles�• Extended family
Pricing and location will be determined at the time of booking based on the type of session and travel.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

A built in best friend! The relationship between these sisters is the sweetest.

Emmy was gifted a dress design for her birthday and of course she wanted her sister Claire to design a dress too!!

Emmy was awarded a creative thinker award for our dream it, create it contest and brought her design to life. (Scroll to the end to see her drawing) This is the drawing she entered but her mom had sent me other designs she also came up with and wow! This girl is meant for this! I was so impressed with her ideas.

So these are the photos I am sharing from their session but stay tuned I will need another post for you to see the full scope of their personalities! 😂

I love the personal touches Violet wanted to add to her look!
And that’s what this is all about creating something that is exactly their personality!

We are down to just a couple photoshoots left from our spring dress design and before we know it we will be designing for fall/winter.
