This season was so much more than volleyball. It was early mornings, long weekends, hard losses, exciting wins, and a team that became family. No matter how the season ended, we’ll always be grateful for every memory, every laugh, and every moment we shared on and off the court. Forever grateful for this team and this season 🏐🧡🖤

The girls came out strong at Nationals, finishing 2nd in their pool on day 1! The girls continued to battle hard through every game, showing incredible skill, determination, and teamwork. So proud of the effort and heart they brought to the court while representing Taber WHAM! Black

Overnight Rocky Mountain House Volleyball Camp for athletes ages 12–15:
This camp is a fun, immersive overnight experience where athletes get to play a mix of grass, indoor, and even some beach volleyball. It’s designed for all skill levels, with skill groups organized so every athlete feels supported and challenged.
Campers stay on-site, enjoy three full meals a day (plus snacks), and benefit from an awesome 5:1 coach-to-athlete ratio. Each day includes about 5 hours of skill instruction and 2 hours of gameplay, along with demos, warm-ups, and team activities that make the whole experience feel like a true volleyball community. Athletes also have access to dining facilities, showers, lecture rooms, indoor and outdoor courts, and support staff—including an athletic trainer.

Camp Information

🏐 U12-14 Skills Camp
📍 St. Mary’s School - Taber
📅 Monday, June 29 to Friday, July 3
🚫 No session on Canada Day
⏰ 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM daily (except July 1)

This camp is designed for athletes going into Grades 7-9 for the upcoming school year.

🏐 U15-17 Skills Camp
📍 St. Mary’s School - Taber
📅 Monday, June 29 to Friday, July 3
🚫 No session on Canada Day
⏰ 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM daily (except July 1)

This camp is designed for athletes going into Grades 10-12 for the upcoming school year.

Head Coach – Matt Primrose

We are excited to have Matt Primrose leading the camp this summer. Matt played volleyball at both Lethbridge College and the University of Saskatchewan, before continuing his career professionally in the United States, Australia, and Denmark.

This past season in the Danish VolleyLigaen, Matt’s team earned bronze medals in both the league and the Danish Cup, and Matt was named Libero of the Year.

Camp Focus:

Our SKILLS Camps focus heavily on:
✔ Individual skill development
✔ Breaking down skills step-by-step
✔ Building confidence and game readiness
✔ High-repetition training and feedback

Each participant will also receive a camp T-shirt if registered by the deadline (two weeks prior to camp).

These camps are open to all athletes, not just St. Mary’s students or LVC members.

We recommend athletes register for the age category they will be entering for the upcoming school/club season.
