I’d like to share my wedding photo with you—it was taken 10 years ago! You may know I do alterations, but you might not know that I also create garments from scratch. When I got married, I made my own wedding dress, as well as the dresses for my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. I drafted the patterns myself and have sewn corsets of various shapes through hands-on experience. That practical knowledge has been invaluable—it’s helped me deeply understand garment structure, especially the boning and corset systems found in many well-made dresses.

Looking at these photos, I can’t believe it’s been nearly 10 years! I’m so grateful to my family, my dear clients, and everyone who has supported me along the way. Thank you, Canada, for being my home. ❤️🇨🇦
