Tell me what you see when you look at this photo. My friend Elaine did such an amazing job designing this Cupcakes and Sprinkles Hat. From the brim that creates a "wrapper" to the "icing and sprinkles" this has to be the one of the cutest things I've ever made. I absolutely love the way it turned out!

While it might seem crazy to be ordering hats this time of year, the down time is ideal for a custom order. Don't forget all my ready to ship knits are 20% off.

Happy SPRING 🌼🌱!! I haven't a clue how we've reached the new season, but Mother Nature seems to have missed the memo. It's still quite cold here and the perfect time for me to bring out my lightweight merino hat. This Torc Falls Beanie will be going up in my Shop soon. I have a few great options for cool Spring weather and I'm thinking of putting them in a separate section in the Shop- what do you think?

This is not a sales post (nor a Valentine's Day post). I just wanted to show off this lovely pink hat topped with a pink pom...both yarn and pom were picked out by my 3yo son. He also selected pink yarn for his new blanket. I think it's safe to assume he has a love for the colour pink, and a good reminder that !!

The Estuary Beanie in"fine Italian merino wool"- AKA SO SOFT!! I mentioned before this is one of my favourite new patterns of the season and it really looks amazing in every yarn I've tried it with!!! This particular one is available in my Shop or through DM!

This has been a crazy last few weeks, things are quite busy so I've only had time to post here and there. I've focused a lot on "me" knits, whether that is a hat or a blanket or a garment for myself or someone close to me. These last few months and weeks in particular have also shown me what it means to have people in your life who truly love and care, and others who have unfortunately shown their true colours! As two wise people told me, there is not enough time and energy in life to spend on people who don't make you happy, protect your peace. For those of you who need to hear that I hope it helps!! Ok my TED talk is over, g'day!
