Top 20 Public voting begins October 6th and ends October 16th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top twenty (20). Everyone gets one free vote every day. Addionally voters may choose to vote by donation if they wish to vote more than once per day during the Competition. 
Donations funds are immediately received by DTCare, upon vote by donation being cast. DTCare then distributes the donations to the Designated Grantee (minus fees, costs, etc.), within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the Competition. (DTCare is a nationally registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a Gold Transparency Rating on GuideStar.
