91 is selling out QUICKLY and I’m not going to lie… today while consolidating inventory and reorganizing all of our bins, I noticed something. Wearing the Tropical Skirt, Top and Dupatta 👀 prices listed in USD
The XS, S and M bins are basically on their last legs… meanwhile my L + XL bins said we’re still here girl. 😂
And it got me thinking about something I’ve struggled with as a designer. I’ve always wanted 91 to be genuinely size inclusive, which means actually investing in inventory across the full size range — not just saying we’re inclusive. But sometimes that also means I over-invest in certain sizes and end up with more stock than I anticipated.
So before you come for me 😂 — YES, I also know some of these tiny little tops aren’t exactly giving maximum coverage or support, and that can make them harder to shop in larger sizes.
BUT I wanted to dig into the archives and show you this video of me 3 months postpartum wearing an XL in 91. A reminder that these pieces ARE doable on a fuller body, and you can make them your own.
And remember: our pieces are sold separately. If the top isn’t for you, grab the skirt and pair it with a bodysuit, blouse, corset, button-down, tee — whatever makes YOU feel good.
Size inclusivity also means giving you the option to style something for your body, your comfort level and your wardrobe.
