We’re back! This Tuesday, join us at Central Tech Track 6:15pm. AND BRING A FRIEND!
And if you’ve never joined us for a workout yet, this is your opportunity to try it out. Come and meet The UofT Tri Club & Alba Athletic Teams.

We’ll start the warm up together at 6:15pm before getting into a fun and spicy workout for all abilities. Fast, slow, short course, long course, let’s do this and get faster together!

Join us for our END OF SUMMER SOCIAL!
Meet at the bottom of Strachan on the MGT trail for 6:15pm.
We’ll do a social no-drop ride West to some of the best hills in the city, regrouping after each hill before hitting High Park for a few hot laps.
Leaving the park at 7:30pm we’ll roll over to Henderson’s Brewery for a few post ride refreshments.
Don’t forget your lights for the ride home 🚨
Everyone is welcome. Our U of T Triathlon Club friends will be joining. If you’ve been thinking about joining the team this is a great event to come out to and meet everyone.
