This is the most special piece of jewelry I’ve ever sourced. It is a one of a kind 1940s Coro Craft Super Size ostrich brooch used for runway only. Sterling silver with a Gold Vermeil Wash made during WWII. It features Austrian led crystals in marquise cut faux rubies, matching red cold-enamel work along the body and neck, and clear rhinestone pavé flanking the wing and tail curves. 4.5” tall. Part of the Exotic Bird 1940s figural pins.
