Please be sure to give the correct size when placing your order. It is essential to use your most recent measurements as a reference. If you are not sure about your size use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust/chest, waist, and hips and correspond your measurements with our size chart. You may also submit your measurement for a custom fit at
no extra cost to you! Returns
You have three (3) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your items must be new (just like you received them), unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed (free of make-up stains, deodorants, damage or wear) and with all tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. It must also be in the original packaging. If three (3) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note:
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Lost packages will not be given return credit.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted! We do not offer refunds on returns but are happy to give you a STORE CREDIT or replace any defective item. Non- Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items
Types of Items are:
• Sale Items or gift cards
• Swimsuits, undergarments, Belt, Hat, Hair wrap/bonnet and Face-masks are not returnable
• Custom orders (including sizes not on the size chart) are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable

Shipping
• My stitched Glam is not responsible for delays caused by customs while merchandising is en route, or as a result of an incorrect address submitted by the customer.
• My stitched Glam is not responsible for customs duties/charges affected once the package(s) arrive in the recipient’s country.
• Once the package has been shipped and confirmation # submitted to the customer via email, My Stitched Glam is not responsible for packages misplaced/delivered wrongly by the customer.
• All items must be canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order to receive a full refund. Any order that needs to be canceled after 24 hours will be issued a store credit only. In the event that the item has shipped within 24 hours, only store credit will be issued after the order is returned back to us.
