Choose སྤག། Paa or Paag, one of the most common or traditional way of having tsampa is by mixing Tibetan Butter tea, Butter and Dried cheese,(Tibetan Style) and sugar if needed with 40 ml of Tsampa by hand or by spoon until a dough-like mixture is formed and your Paag is now ready.

Enjoy with Yogurt, Jam, Pickle etc..!

Paag can be consume any time of the day, generally preferred for breakfast.
