We remember finding every quilt. We will never forget the time spent carefully preserving and connecting with every tiny, heartfelt stitch and detail when working across our studio table.

When I first started Honeybea’s quilt revival collection back in 2016 I did to salvage the love of old, handstitched heirlooms that were discarded for their damages and lost along their journey as life moved faster than they could. Each piece is an extension of the wisdom, warmth and resilience embedded within them and it is always a tremendous honour to have spent time in their incredible company.

Our Jenny Coat has become a real staple in our collection. Made of summer weight coverlets with both beautiful sides intact. They are the epitome of artful ease with big pockets and a relaxed sash belt and we have made a very special and small collection for you to enjoy this summer.

Ok! If you know me you know it takes me actual days to put together a post! I get completely lost in the details, the thoughts of what each piece means and the stories I ache to share about their journey from who knows where all the way to here 😭

If you know me you know that I cry when I see old stitches and the most touching little fragments of someone’s whole life pieced together through patchwork in the most humble of ways. I think of my mom, everyone’s mom, children, time, life, and loss.

There are too many words, too many heartstrings and too many emotions in a collection like this, but I’m here to let you know it’s finally ready for you and launching Thursday @ 12pm EST 😭♥️

Quite possibly the coolest piece we’ve ever made, our new tool belt combines hard work with a textile heavy style in an outcome couldn’t feel more right 💪

This collection has been a massive labour of love with a tremendous amount of time and patience poured into it. The pattern felt more like a legend, with over a dozen tiny pieces salvaged and meticulously cut, placed and paired in each beautiful combination. The finishing is legit, with chunky vintage brass hardware to give it the grit and weight we needed.

We are finally ready to share these beauties and will be releasing the first batch online Thursday @ 12pm EST with EARLY ACCESS for our newsletter subscribers @ 11am EST (sign up on our website!)

A special collection has been reserved and will be available in person at our pop up this Friday and Saturday in Prince Edward County where we will be drinking wine, celebrating handmade design and basking in one of the prettiest places ever! Come!!

Loose, comfortable and with all the best details, our new Devon Dress merges elegant and easy with deep pockets, jumbo rickrack and our iconic folk art tulips for a vibe that works just as perfectly for the park as it does a night out.

Cut in two beautiful linen colourways that hang just right - saffron with a hint of cumin and a wide, steel blue stripe that reminds us of weathered denim - each dress gets a classic pop of red to bring our favourite palettes to life ♥️
