❄️Sure there is a snowstorm outside and it feels like -22° and I'm THAT person who doesn't mind this weather and loves snow (sorry) :), but understandably it's not for everyone and serotonin levels are hard to keep up in winter❄️

Some tips:
•Up your Vitamin D intake
•Consistant sleep schedule
•Spend more time with friends
•Cultivate more hygge in your home
•Take part in a new hobby or workshop
•Stay active however you can
•Find some third spaces to help ease any sense of isolation.
is an ideal third space to eat, shop and people watch. Maybe even strike up a spontaneous conversation with a shopkeeper or random person next to you.

Hey friends! Yes, it's been a minute, but I'm back! I've been busy creating and getting everything ready for the Holiday rush.
Something you may not know about me is that I make a lot of the decor in the store and the window displays. It's truly a labour of love. The same love that goes into the curation of our merchandise as well!
