FREE ZERO WASTE ACTION // pick up trash! Pick up 3-5 pieces of trash you see in nature or on the street everyday. Not every sustainable action is a fancy swap, but this action is just as powerful. Oh, and if you don’t need a straw, specify that in your drink order when going out, even if they are thrown in bins, they can still end up here. 🌿🐢

Sometimes we only think about the changes we should make instead of starting to make them. Start small, pick one thing to change in your life...then keep going.

Sustainable Changes To Try:
- Make coffee at home with a reusable filter
- Swap lightbulbs to energy efficient ones—and turn off your lights
- Use a reusable water bottle
- Wash laundry with cold water
- Buy secondhand clothing
- Compost your food
- Shop local markets
- Buy or make reusable “cotton” rounds
- Buy or make bees wax wraps to cover leftovers
- Switch to bar soap/shampoo/conditioner
- Vote — use your voice for change

This little rodent lived on an island off Australia. 🏝The Bramble Cay melomys🐀 is the world’a first mammal to become extinct due to climate change and rising sea levels.

“Scientists agree that the changes in climate that we are seeing today are largely caused by human activity, and it's climate change that drives sea level rise.”

We will lose more wildlife due to climate change if we take no action.

👋🏼Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself and my story so we can connect personally.

Hi! I’m Courtney, founder of Oh So Naturel. Growing up I always had a passion and love for nature and animals. I especially had a weird love for toads and frogs!🐸 And something about being in nature always tugged at my soul.🌲

It wasn’t until I was older and started watching documentaries about whales (please watch The Cove🐬) and the food industry🐮 that I realized what was happening around the world.

Right then and there I started making changes in my life.

Oh So Naturel first started out as a blog where I shared tips on non-toxic products, all natural diy, vegan recipes and more.

But something about it wasn’t exactly what I was striving for. I wanted to be more of an activist and allow others to learn what’s happening around the world, just like I did. So I shifted and created Oh So Naturel the Earth Awareness Brand. My goal is to spread awareness of major issues with products that have a message. I want that person in the grocery store to read the message on your reusable bag and think before using a plastic bag. I want that person to read your tshirt and think before they trash the planet, etc. I want others to become more aware.

It has be amazing so far connecting with like minded individuals and companies all striving for the same thing. A better planet.

Join us in creating a movement around the world.

💚
